We are looking for and young and dynamic Branch Manager - Jaffna who will support us in;
• Should be able to generate reports, and emails & manage the
Branch.
• Directing all operational aspects of Distribution, Customer
service, HR, Admin, and Sales.
• Develop forecasts, Business Plans, and Financial objectives and
also provide training coaching, development, and Motivation.
• Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years
of experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
