Position Title: Full-Time English Teacher

Position Overview:

Royal Welsh International is seeking a dedicated and innovative English teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower students to achieve their full potential in English language proficiency and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons that cater to the varying proficiency levels and learning needs of students.

Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to participate actively in language learning activities.

Utilize a range of teaching methodologies, resources, and technology to enhance student engagement and facilitate effective language acquisition.

Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their language development.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular initiatives and enrichment programs that promote English language proficiency across the school community.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships and ensure ongoing support for student learning and well-being.

Participate in professional development opportunities and stay abreast of current trends and best practices in English language teaching and learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Teaching certification or licensure in English language education.

Proven experience teaching English language courses to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.

Excellent command of the English language, including proficiency in grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Familiarity with instructional technology and proficiency in integrating digital tools into language instruction.

Commitment to cultural sensitivity, diversity, and inclusion in the classroom.
