* Age between 25- 40 years.
* Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years as a chef, banquette meal preparation at reputed hotels/restaurants in a similar capacity is considered a distinct advantage.
* Excellent understanding of varied cooking methods, ingredients, equipment’s and procedures.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
* Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to the guest
