Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards.
Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to manage and maintain the
kitchen.
Oversee and manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a
consistently high standard.
Ensure that all food is stored, prepared, and cooked safely and hygienically.
Manage and train junior members of the kitchen team, ensuring that they are working to the
same high standards.
Assist with stock control and ordering of ingredients.
Work with the kitchen team to develop and improve new dishes and menus.
Ensure that all equipment is maintained and cleaned to a high standard.
Attend and contribute to regular kitchen meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
Minimum of [Insert number] years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium dining

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
