• Overseeing the daily production
• The ability to ensure 100% quality in finished goods.
• Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
