Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and cooking high-end dishes to ensure the highest level of quality and taste.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of food.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining the kitchen area clean and organized, including cleaning kitchen equipment
and utensils.
• Assist in monitoring food inventory and notifying the Executive Chef of any shortages or
discrepancies.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Attend all team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A willingness to learn and take direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.
