Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Executive , Jnr. HR Executive or relevant human resources/administrative position
PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
PQHRM/CCHRM in Human Resources or related field
Job Description
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
prepare the ISO documentation & Awards and competition documentation.
Drafting letters for HR, Operation and Recruiting & Training Manager (Sinhala & English)
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
