Requirements

 Proven experience as an HR Executive , Jnr. HR Executive or relevant human resources/administrative position

 PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)

 Basic knowledge of labor laws

 Excellent organizational skills

 Strong communications skills

 PQHRM/CCHRM in Human Resources or related field

Job Description

 Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

 Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

 Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

 Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

 prepare the ISO documentation & Awards and competition documentation.

 Drafting letters for HR, Operation and Recruiting & Training Manager (Sinhala & English)

 Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

 Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
