Responsibilities:

Engage clients through phone calls, identify their needs, and promote our aesthetic services.

Convert inquiries into appointments by providing clear information and addressing client concerns with a positive and professional approach.

Contribute to positive Public Relations (PR) by exceeding client expectations and building brand loyalty.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and marketing campaign performance.

Adhere to company protocols and contribute to a collaborative call center environment.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil (a major plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong active listening skills to understand client needs effectively.

Sales and customer service experience (preferred).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

A passion for the beauty industry (a plus).
