We are currently seeking an experienced cook capable of handling Chinese and Sri Lankan delicacies for a rapidly expanding multi-cuisine restaurant located near Kegalle. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, although applicants confident in their skills are encouraged to apply.

Should be specialized in the following dishes: (at least many)

Fried rice

Kottu

Nasigoreng

Biriyani

Sri Lankan rice and curry

Devilled dishes, Stew Bites, etc.
