We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Specialists for our startup online business based in Dehiwala, Colombo. Please note that this position is open to female candidates (Age below 30) in Dehiwala area.
Position: Customer Care Specialist
Location: Dehiwala, Colombo
Salary: LKR 60,000 - LKR 65,000 (Fixed + Commission + OT)
Training: Training will be provided for a period of 3 months, depending on performance. During the training period, a fixed salary of LKR 40,000 will be provided.
Qualifications:
GCE O/L and A/L
Fluent in English/Sinhala (Ability to converse in English)
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
Energetic and polite demeanor
Female candidates only
Age below 30
Ability to handle customers with courtesy
Fast learner
Trustworthy
Disciplined
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in call centers.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday/Sunday: Half day/Leave/Full day
Poya/Other Holidays: Work with OT/Leave
Employee Responsibilities
• Order Processing: Handle incoming orders accurately and on time.
• Stock Management: Keep track of inventory levels and movements.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and issues professionally.
• Delivery Problem Solving: Address delivery issues promptly.
• System Updates: Keep internal systems up to date.
• Excel Spreadsheets: Create and maintain relevant spreadsheets.
