Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to understanding the client

requirements

• IT related Degree or Higher diploma

• Management skills needed to oversee IT initiatives and collaborations with

various technical stuff.

• Commitment to support new technology implementation.

• Minimum one year of related (end-user support) experience

• Excellent knowledge of Windows / Macintosh / Linux platforms

• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.

• Basic knowledge of both network & telecommunication

• Ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of mobile devices/platforms will be an added advantage
