Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the top management of the company to ensure the smooth management of their day today affairs.

CANDIDATE HAS TO BE :

An initiator

Ability to organize and plan

Diploma/degree will be advantages

Excellent proficiency in English language

Knowing Chinese language is extra considered

Be able to work on phone /laptop after office hours

Excellent IT skills

Outgoing personality and PR skills

Able to manage weekly meetings

Process directors correspondence (Email/Phone)

A systematic person and attention to detail

Willingness to learn

Below 35 years of age
