We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a Front Desk Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanour.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls, direct calls, and take messages as needed.
• Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations using the hotel management software.
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required by the Front Desk Manager.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and efficient manner.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required.
