WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS
BSc / BA in Business Administration /Management /Marketing or relevant field or professional qualification from a recognized university /institute
4+ years of field sales experience in real estate/property management including 2+ in a managerial position (similar capacity as AM)
Pursuing & signing up real estate/ property members to the member base
Staying abreast of market trends and constantly being abreast of market situations.
Responsible for keeping detailed records of field visit activities, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
Create strategic plans for field visits based on sales targets, territories, and customer needs.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent Communication skills and leadership skills
